Have you ever felt so low that every little thing is running through your mind swallowing your thoughts.You are lost, so very lost. You try to grab hold of something,anything,but you can't. You just can't grip hold of that one thing hard enough, you loose your touch, your touch with reality. And everything is overflowing,your mind. Your thoughts, your life. You cry, and cry , and instead of trying to hold yourself together, you let everything go. You simply let go. You cant stop yourself so you let all of your control slip away from you and you break down. And you feel so lost and lifeless.You go weak and buckle at the knees.You feel so lost and alone, so so so lonely that it hurts. But the saddest part in all of this is that you know you have to put everything back together again, but you don't want to anymore.
